Making a global brand feel local without making it smaller
Portugal is the only European market with enough latitude to test a tilt: from suitcase brand toward everyday travel brand. I took American Tourister local — campaigns, store openings, social, iconography, physical retail. Every format the brand needed to live in, made to feel like it belonged here rather than translated into here. Local without smaller.
