Project Overview

A food truck built on what agriculture leaves behind

Supermarket cosmetic standards are the quiet engine of agricultural waste — good produce rejected for looking wrong. GoRoot answers with a food truck brand built on that rejected harvest: circular sourcing from local farmers, accessibility at the price point, and a full brand and product system to carry the argument. Self-initiated within a European sustainability project — positioning, naming, identity, packaging. What gets thrown away was never the problem.
