Project Overview

A megalithic site. A case for design as preservation.

One of the best-preserved megalithic monuments on the Iberian Peninsula and a recognized national monument needed an identity for its new interpretive center. A real commission with the Museu Municipal de Caminha, developed as my master's thesis — research, identity system, applications, full creative authority. The dolmen has been communicating for five thousand years; my job was to translate that into contemporary form without flattening it. The most personal work here, and the one that started everything.
